Nice pedal. I use the Boss Bluesdrive BD2 and I really like it, but this one has that distortion sound, and the possibility to mix it with the drive, that sounds good.

It sounds like it has a pretty good crunch to it that you cant get from all over drives
Very cool Pedal! I have Boss Od-2 myself, but i think i like this one better because you are able to have both Distortion and Overdrive tones. I really dig this pedal.

i own one of these. Blending feature on this one is what makes this pedal unique but it's not the best sounding overdrive nor distortion. The distortion's a bit too bassy unlike the ds-1 and the overdrive isn't all that smooth or natural sounding. You really have to spend a lot of time with it to dail a good tone. it's perfect if u can't figure out whether to get an overdrive or distortion though. Plus this thing covers a wide range of genre(blues to metal).... Lastly, this unit is still in production.
